“Khushiyon Ki Pathshala (KKP)” is a joyful, value-based learning initiative of Jubilant Bhartia Foundation that aims to strengthen foundational learning and life skills among children studying in government schools. KKP works closely with schools, teachers, and communities to create safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments where children learn with joy, curiosity, and confidence. Through structured activities, mentoring, and community participation, KKP nurtures both children and young rural leaders to become active contributors to positive social change

Analysis
21st-century skills are the essential abilities people need to succeed in today’s fast-changing, technology-driven world. These skills go beyond academic knowledge and focus on how individuals think, work, and adapt in real-life situations. They include critical thinking and problem-solving, which help people analyze situations and make informed decisions; creativity, which encourages innovation and new ideas; communication, which allows clear expression and understanding of thoughts; and collaboration, which enables effective teamwork. Along with these, digital literacy, basic technology and coding skills, adaptability, self-management, leadership, and emotional intelligence are equally important. Together, these skills prepare individuals to face modern challenges, learn continuously, work well with others, and remain relevant in a world where jobs, tools, and expectations are constantly evolving.
